At PROTON, safety is our priority. We have identified a possible safety concern on the Proton Gen.2 1.6 A/T with auto-cruise function and Satria Neo 1.6 A/T with auto-cruise function, manufactured between April, 2004 to June, 2008. These models may possibly carry defective Clock Springs.
If you drive a Proton Gen.2 or Satria Neo that was purchased between April, 2004 to June, 2008, we advise you to contact your nearest PROTON authorised service network to book an appointment for full inspection and rectification work by our engineers.
